For the past 10 years, we have specialized in the manufacture of building elements in environmentally friendly wood. We deliver knowledge, skills and experience to various construction projects such as Attefalls, one, two or multi-family houses, offices or industrial properties.
Sia Norrprefab was founded in Valmiera north of Riga in Latvia in 2016 and has since delivered various building elements for more than 50 different construction projects.
All employees in the team are experienced and have special expertise in their field of work.

These 265 m2 large exclusive two-storey private residences are located in Sweden, on the bank of a fjord. It is characterized by extravagant architectural design.
Apartment buildings “Hagersten”
Modern design apartment building in Stockholm, Sweden. „Norrprefab” implemented production of timber structures with more than 4 000 m² area — external and internal walls.
Private house in Tyresö
This smart house is located near Stockholm in Sweden. 300 m2 large two-storey house with particularly low thermal energy consumption.

1. Offer
According to your requirements, needs and project specifics we will develop an offer, including absolutely everything you might need.
2. Design and approval
Before start of the design we will sign a cooperation contract and approve all deadlines. It will be followed by design works and design approval.
3. Purchase of all necessary materials
We will purchase all materials necessary for the implementation of your particular project.
4. Production and transport
The production process will take place in our facility in Latvia. Afterwards the structures will be safely transported to the construction site.
5. Installation works on site
Our experienced specialists will ensure technologically correct installation of all structures, thus ensuring their guarantee and sustainability.
6. Quality control and handing over of the object to the customer
Upon completion of the installation process our specialist will perform quality control once more to ensure that the building is safely handed over for operation.
